The Intl. WeLoveU Foundation Conference Dinner: an opportunity for global cooperation
The Intl. WeLoveU Foundation Conference Dinner 2019 was designed to discuss global cooperation to help neighbors in need around the world. WeLoveU has been carrying out numerous well-being activities around the world, which align with the Sustainable Development Goals, from poverty eradication to environmental protection and educational support. Many governments and local municipalities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] with the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation, demonstrating a positive response to the work of WeLoveU. To strengthen this global cooperation, the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation regularly hosts conferences, forums, and other activities.
This marked the third consecutive year of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation Conference. In 2018, Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah along with WeLoveU’s Board of Directors discussed their global partnerships with officials of embassies from 17 countries on how to implement the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2019, the Conference expanded to include ambassadors from 20 countries, including Jordan, Malaysia and Romania.
Strengthening global cooperation for the happiness of humankind
I hope through this WeLoveU conference we can give hope, courage, and help to our global neighbors facing difficulties such as environmental refugees, war refugees, and the less privileged.
Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah
The Conference began at 5 p.m. with Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah showing attendees her gratitude for attending. She promptly began the discussion by asking them to freely advise on how to achieve the happiness of our global neighbors. To continue strengthening global cooperation, Chairwoman Zahng presented plaques of appreciation to the Jordanian and Bangladeshi ambassadors for supporting WeLoveU’s activities for the past year. All the attendees expressed their constant support for world peace.
