At the 17th New Life Walkathon on April 24, 2016
Our life is too short like spring flowers that bloom and fall quickly. If we had to endure tough times alone in this short life, how lonely and miserable our life would be!
There are many people in the global village who are living in isolation, feeling lonely. If they have someone to care for them and support them in their difficult lives, it will give them great comfort and hope, right?
Today, we’ve become companions of climate refugees, earthquake victims, and socially disadvantaged families, encouraging and supporting them. When you walk today, please remember that every step you take is an expression of your great will to walk together with those who are living lonely lives.
Let’s cheer up! Let’s have courage! After rain comes fair weather. After pain comes joy. Don’t be discouraged but keep moving forward. A good day will surely come. There’s support from these many friends who are here together today.
